Delivery

 

We do everything within our power to ensure the product reaches you in perfect condition.

 

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with the product or service, then please initially contact us either by phone or email at info@therelishstore.com. Please do not send the product back without an initial communication to us.

 

All items are subject to availability and we aim to dispatch within 24hrs. As the product is in high demand and hand made by chefs, we may from time to time have to delay the sending of your order. We retain the right to do so, but we promise to notify you of the delay and if we fall short of this promise then the delayed product will be given to you free of charge.

We hold our own personal data very dear to us, and we respect yours too! We only use your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998.

 

Returns

 

We hope that our products never need returning, but we will happily have them back as long as they are returned unopened and undamaged. On their safe return we will happily offer you a credit or a refund in full.

 

N.B. Due to the site only recently being launched, we reserve the right to cancel any order which falls outside of any of the above criteria and/or is deemed to be inappropriate or an unidentified mistake in the operation and/or design of the site.
