WHO ARE FATJAX?

  The brand FATJAX is a culinary collaboration between two chefs by the names of Paul Ainscough and Robert Weekes. Working from their kitchens in Leyland, Lancashire, the pair have combined over 50 years' worth of professional kitchen experience to bring you tasty condiments, handmade with love. FatJax source all of their ingredients locally and make sure their product is free from all artificial flavours, colours and preservatives.
